  • At Mas Brazilian Services®, we believe in transparency and simplicity regarding pricing. That's why we communicate our home cleaning prices before we start. We provide a free quote of the total time to clean based on the square footage of your home and do so to schedule our cleaning technicians and equipment accordingly. We are business-to-business friendly and can invoice your business directly.

  • When possible, delicate items and family heirlooms can be secured or moved from the areas to be serviced. Please generally box up or pick up laundry and clutter before our arrival. We love pets! It’s best if they can freely exit the areas we are cleaning.

    Offices must put away papers or shred confidential information.

    Paint overspray that leaves a haze on windows must be removed before cleaning services and helps to maintain fair home cleaning prices.

  • We commit ourselves to your satisfaction. If you find our service less than satisfactory, please get in touch with us before the end of the next business day after your appointment. We will promptly take the necessary measures to resolve the issue. We firmly stand by our work, so we assure you that we will return and clean the area of concern without additional charges. Our utmost priority is your peace of mind in knowing that your space will be clean after we have completed our cleaning service. We will go the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please email or message us with a photo and a description to help us understand the concern better.

    We highly recommend daily cleaning chores. Replace return air duct filters at manufacturer-suggested intervals. Schedule with us for regular cleaning service every two weeks to take care of the “heavy lifting” part of cleaning. Participating in the overall cleaning plan helps us maintain fair house cleaning prices.

    Specific issues may be irreversible, such as micro-biologically induced or galvanic corrosion on sinks or faucets and black mold in bathrooms and the kitchen. Neither corrosion nor black mold can be remedied through general cleaning. During our services, we do not clean or remove black mold or paint overspray. Please inform us when treating pests such as cockroaches and mice. It is essential to clean; however, until the pests are completely removed, there can be a need for multiple cleaning services for additional charges.

    Our services are for the interior of your home or office; we do not clean or pressure wash the exterior windows or buildings.

  • Full payment is expected at the end of a service appointment. Home cleaning prices are provided by quote. The quote is later converted to an invoice and emailed to you for payment due that day. Our website’s online “pay portal” accepts cash-free payments for your convenience. Open mymaid.app on your mobile device to tip your technician. Please include your W-9 or full business name and EIN for business-to-business invoicing. Receipts are emailed after payment is complete.

  • Technicians are assigned a daily cleaning schedule and are held accountable for keeping that schedule. The scope of work is agreed upon 24 hours before the service date between the customer and Mas Brazilian Service, LLC, as executed by its authorized agent. Changes to the extent of service must be settled no later than 24 hours before service. We will dispatch the same technician to perform the agreed services when possible.

  • Most of our appointments are scheduled with an arrival time frame, not an exact time. However, unusual traffic, road work, weather, or situations beyond our control may affect our cleaning technicians' arrival time.

  • Technicians work inside your home or office as expected. You do not need to be there. However, it is essential to arrange access to all areas beforehand. We provide fair home cleaning prices. We will reschedule service when access arrangements have not been verified 24 hours before the appointment. When we arrive on-site and the access arrangements have not been kept, we will assess a non-refundable $50 fee. No persons or pets will be present in any room during cleaning.

  • At Mas Brazilian Services®, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We strive to accommodate our client's needs while maintaining fair home cleaning prices and an efficient scheduling process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms of service outlined below:

    1. Unforeseen Situations:

    Some instances beyond our control may require us to cancel or reschedule appointments. We assure you that we will make every effort to minimize such occurrences.

    2. Notice Period:

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice before the scheduled service date. This advanced notice lets us adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively.

    3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    We appreciate your prompt notification if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, please contact our customer service team at (704) 218-9722 or customerservice@masbrazilianservices.com.

    4. Late Cancellation Fee:

    Scheduled services not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointed service date will result in a non-refundable fee of $50. This fee is necessary to help offset our costs for the allocated time and resources reserved for your appointment.

    5. Coupon and Discount Privileges:

    Furthermore, please note that non-compliance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy may result in the revocation of privileges associated with our coupon and discount programs. We value our clients' loyalty and strive to provide a rewarding experience for all.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms of service. By doing so, you enable us to offer our services reasonably and efficiently to our valued clients.   • Technicians are trained to lift or move objects no more than 30 pounds. Objects over 30 pounds will not be moved or lifted, and we will try to clean around them instead.

    Technicians may use a portable step ladder we provide to clean extended kitchen cabinets and light fixtures.

    Technicians may use cleaning extension poles while standing on the floor.

    Technicians place bagged household trash into your assigned garbage collection receptacles or rollout carts. Your trash is your responsibility. Your new trash bags are used to replace bags taken out.

    Our services are for the interior of the home or office; no exterior window or structure cleaning or pressure washing will be performed.

    Our technicians acknowledge safety training in all areas of assigned duties and responsibilities.

  • Mas Brazilian Services® is proud to inform our valued clients that we maintain insurance to safeguard our clients and our team, providing peace of mind for all involved. We prioritize safety and quality in every service we deliver.

  • Mas Brazilian Services, LLC authorized agents will take interior photos of your office space or home before and after service. The images are used to self-evaluate our service and for our service record. At times, we may post cleaning photos on our website or use them in our marketing or promotional material.

  • You recognize that you are hiring Mas Brazilian Services, LLC., an entity that provides excellence in service through its trained and professionally managed cleaning technicians. We provide fair home cleaning prices. We value our trained people and have a tremendous financial investment in their screening and training process. This agreement protects Mas Brazilian Services, LLC. from unfair solicitation of direct work between customers and our cleaning technicians. Our customers and cleaning technicians agree to minimize the risk of unfair solicitation. You will be charged a $5,000 finder's fee as part of our terms of service if you hire a Mas Brazilian Services cleaning technician individually for direct work during their service with us and up to 6 months after separation.
