  • At Mas Brazilian Services®, we believe in transparency and simplicity regarding pricing. That's why we communicate our home cleaning prices before we start. We provide a free quote of the total time to clean based on the square footage of your home and do so to schedule our cleaning technicians and equipment accordingly. We are business-to-business friendly and can invoice your small business directly.

  • Please remember the following instructions before our arrival:

    1. Secure delicate family heirlooms from the areas to be cleaned.

    2. Pick up laundry and clutter, as these add to our home cleaning prices.

    3. We are pet-friendly and advise owners that pets should be able to freely exit the areas we are cleaning.

    4. For offices, please follow guidelines that may affect confidential information.

    5. Paint overspray that leaves a haze on windows can be removed by the painter using paint thinner.

    We are committed to providing the best possible cleaning service while maintaining fair home cleaning prices.

  • We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please get in touch with us before the end of the next business day after your appointment. We will take immediate action to address the issue. We are committed to our work, so we guarantee that we will return to clean the area of concern at no extra cost. Your peace of mind is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident that your space will be thoroughly cleaned after our service. Please send us an email or message with a photo and a description to help us better understand the issue.

    We highly recommend incorporating daily cleaning tasks into your routine. Additionally, it's essential to replace return air duct filters at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer. You can also schedule regular cleaning services with us every two weeks to handle the more intensive cleaning tasks. By participating in our overall cleaning plan, you can help us maintain fair house cleaning prices.

    Please be aware that specific issues may be irreversible, such as micro-biologically induced or galvanic corrosion on sinks or faucets and black mold in bathrooms and the kitchen. General cleaning cannot remedy these specific problems. Also, please let us know if you treat pests like cockroaches and mice. It's essential to have a clean environment, but until the pests are completely removed, there may be a need for multiple cleaning services at an additional cost.

    Our services are limited to the interior of your home or office; we do not clean or pressure wash the exterior windows or buildings.

  • Payment is due after your service appointment. Home cleaning prices are provided via a quote, which will be converted into an invoice and sent to you by email. You can make your payment through any one of the following methods:

    1. Click the “Pay this invoice” button in the email.

    2. Write a check payable to “Mas Brazilian Services LLC.”

    3. Send a Zelle payment from your bank to Mas Brazilian Services LLC.

    4. Pay in cash, ensuring it's the exact amount.

    In addition, you can manage your online payment profile through our website’s “pay portal” for added convenience. Open the mymaid.app on your mobile device to tip your technician. Please include your W-9 or full business name and EIN for business-to-business invoicing. Receipts are emailed after payment is complete.

  • Technicians are assigned a daily route and are held accountable for results. The scope of work is agreed upon 24 hours before the service date between the customer and Mas Brazilian Service, LLC, as executed by its authorized agent. Changes to the extent of service must be settled no later than 24 hours before service. We will dispatch the same technician to perform the agreed services when possible.

  • Our appointments are scheduled with an arrival time frame, not an exact time. The arrival time may be affected by unexpected cleaning situations at the customer before your appointment. Unusual traffic, road work, weather, or conditions beyond our control may also affect our cleaning technicians' arrival time. Please allow up to one hour before and after your scheduled cleaning time for unplanned changes.

  • Technicians work inside your home or office as expected. You do not need to be there. However, it is essential to arrange access to all areas beforehand. We provide fair home cleaning prices. We will reschedule service when access arrangements have not been verified 24 hours before the appointment. When we arrive on-site and the access arrangements have not been kept, we will assess a non-refundable $50 fee.

  • At Mas Brazilian Services®, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We strive to accommodate our client's needs while maintaining fair home cleaning prices and efficient scheduling. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms of service outlined below:

    1. Unforeseen Situations: Some instances beyond our control may require us to cancel or reschedule appointments. We assure you that we will make every effort to minimize such occurrences.

    2. Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service date. This advanced notice lets us adjust our schedule and effectively accommodate other clients.

    3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We appreciate your prompt notification if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, please get in touch with our customer service team at (704) 218-9722 or customerservice@masbrazilianservices.com.

    4. Late Cancellation Fee: Scheduled services not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointed service date will result in a non-refundable fee of $50. This fee helps offset our costs for the allocated time and resources reserved for your appointment.

    5. Coupon and Discount Privileges: Furthermore, please note that non-compliance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy may result in the revocation of privileges associated with our coupon and discount programs. We value our clients' loyalty and strive to provide a rewarding experience for all.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms of service. By doing so, you enable us to offer our services reasonably and efficiently to our valued clients.   • Technicians may lift or move objects no more than 30 pounds at their discretion. Objects over 30 pounds may not be moved or lifted, and we will try to clean around them instead.

    Technicians may use a portable step ladder to clean extended height kitchen cabinets and light fixtures.

    Technicians may use cleaning extension poles while standing on the floor.

    Technicians place bagged household trash into your assigned garbage collection receptacles or rollout carts. Your trash is your responsibility. Your new trash bags are used to replace bags taken out.

    Our services are for the interior of the home or office; no exterior window or structure cleaning or pressure washing will be performed.

  • Mas Brazilian Services® is proud to inform our valued customers that we maintain insurance to safeguard our work, providing peace of mind for all involved. We prioritize safety and quality in every service we deliver.

  • Mas Brazilian Services, LLC authorized agents will take interior photos of your office space or home before and after service. The images are used to self-evaluate our service and for our service record. At times, we may post cleaning photos on our website or use them in our marketing or promotional material.

  • As our client, you acknowledge engaging Mas Brazilian Services, LLC, for residential or small office cleaning services. Our service area includes Mecklenburg County, NC, and adjacent communities. Each requested service constitutes a contract between Mas Brazilian Services and you, our client. The value of our cleaning service is the invoice total of the last service plus the next twelve months, with the value of the last service reoccurring twice each future month. The breach of this non-solicitation agreement is equal to the value of our cleaning service plus attorney fees. The purpose is to prevent our clients from directly hiring our cleaning people for twelve months after their separation.
